She was one of MTV's first four main actors, and went on to be the longest-serving member. Filmography of hers include Sorority Row as well as Into the Blue The Reef & Honey. The family she was with appeared together on the 2011 VH1 reality show Audrina. Patridge got a job as a Quixote Studios receptionist shortly after she relocated into Los Angeles. Lauren Conrad moved with her close friend Heidi Montag to the building that she was living in to film The Hills for MTV. Patridge played as Conrad's and Montag's closest friends. She was employed by Epic Records from the second to fifth seasons. On May 28, she revealed during an On Air With Ryan Seacrest interview that she was going away from The Hills for her own reality series, which will be documenting the rest of her life. The final episode of her series was to air on December 1 2009. But Patridge later joined the six (and final!) season. While her Mark Burnett series scheduled to begin airing mid-2010, it was put on pause because of The Hills. Patridge has appeared on more occasions than any of the cast members in The Hills. Patridge launched her Hollywood career appearing on the reality TV show The Hills and then landed the role of a minor one as a supporting actress in Into the Blue 2 The Reef. It was available straight to DVD on the 21st of April, 2009. Patridge appeared for Mad TV and Do Not Disturb. In August 2008, she was chosen to play Megan in Sorority Row. The film was completed between October 2008 and early 2009 with the release date on the 11th of September 2009. Patridge made appearances on Carl's Jr. television commercials in 2009 2010, and in 2012. She refuted rumors claiming that she would portray the persona based on her Hills costar Lauren Conrad when the film L.A. Candy based Conrad's novel came out.
