Addison Rae has become a star on social media as a singer, dancer and actress. Her most loved TikTok videos are dance and lip sync. Forbes magazine, in its August 2020 issue, named Addison Rae to be the highest TikToker earning user in the world. It is also among the most closely followed individuals on TikTok. Addison Rae has also become a huge star on YouTube, Instagram, as well as Twitter. Her first appearance as performer when she dropped her hit single Obsessed in 2021. In 2021 she released the single Obsessed. It was on the New Zealand Hot Singles chart it reached no. 4, and on YouTube it was the sixth most watched video. Addison Rae received nods for high-profile ceremonies, such as the People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards and as Kids' Choice Awards.
